1. The software
This agreement covers the internal business applications operated by Ultrapak Packaging Inc. ("Ultrapak"), including applications that connect to Ultrapak's own accounting data through the Intuit QuickBooks Online platform (the "Software").
2. Who may use it
The Software is licensed for use solely by Ultrapak and its authorized personnel, for Ultrapak's internal business operations. It is not offered for sale, distribution, or use by the public, and no license is granted to any other party.
3. Data
The Software reads Ultrapak's own business records. Use of the Software is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy and, where the Software connects to QuickBooks Online, by Intuit's applicable terms of service.
4. Restrictions
Authorized users may not sublicense, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties, and may not use it for any purpose other than Ultrapak's internal operations.
5. Disclaimer and limitation
The Software is provided "as is" for internal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultrapak disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Termination
Ultrapak may modify or discontinue the Software, or revoke any user's access, at any time.
