Scope
This policy covers this website and the internal business applications operated by Ultrapak Packaging Inc. ("Ultrapak," "we," "us"), including applications that connect to our own accounting systems through third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.
What we collect
This website does not require accounts, does not present forms, and does not collect personal information from visitors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
In the course of ordinary business we hold the information customers and vendors provide to us directly — names, business contact details, order, invoice, and payment records — and we use it solely to conduct that business: fulfilling orders, invoicing, paying bills, and maintaining accurate books.
Our internal applications
Ultrapak operates internal software that reads data from our own QuickBooks Online company file for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting. These applications are used only by Ultrapak personnel, access only Ultrapak's own business records, and are not offered to the public.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not share business records with third parties except as required to operate the business (e.g., banking, accounting, shipping) or as required by law.
Retention and security
Business records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Access to systems holding such records is limited to authorized personnel.
